All-inclusive Brunch at Van der Valk

Every Sunday, we are pleased to welcome you at 11:30 or 12:00 with an aperitif before you can then explore our extensive and varied buffet where our talented chefs passionately and enthusiastically prepare the most delicious dishes for you. Enjoy freshly made soup, crispy salad, or various types of bread and luxury rolls, butter, pesto, or herb butter.

In addition to our culinary starters, our Live Cooking Brunch buffet includes a wide selection of hot & cold fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes and seasonal specialties. How about a delicious plate of pasta? And fresh dishes from the grill? Or a tasty wok dish with fish or meat? Or something delicious from the Health Bar. Of course, snacks and fries are also available.House wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea are included in the all-inclusive Live Cooking brunch.

  • For groups of 10 or more, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please note that for our Live Cooking Brunch, prepayment is required.

  • We would like to inform you that when reserving, payment for your party is required. Your reservation is thereby confirmed. We adhere to the cancellation conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN), which you can view before confirming the booking. Free cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event. This is due to prior purchases and preparations.

  • Note: The Sunday Brunch will be served as shared dining (unlimited) when the total number of brunch guests is between 1 and 29 guests. It will then be served per table.

  • From 30 guests, the brunch will take place in buffet form.
