Our Sales Team guides you throughout the entire process and thinks along with you to tailor the event to your wishes in the smallest details. On the day of the event, our experienced operational team is there to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy a successful event worry-free.
What are the catering options for a meeting or other event?
With every meeting arrangement, you enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and tasty snacks. If you book an 8-hour package, an extensive lunch is always included. If you choose a 4-hour package, you can easily add the lunch as an additional option.
Want to end the meeting with a cozy drink or a tasteful dinner? There are plenty of opportunities to complete the program. Unfortunately, external catering is not allowed.
Can I rent a room without an arrangement?
We only rent our rooms in combination with a package. Renting just a room is not possible with us.
Is audiovisual equipment available in the room?
All our rooms are equipped as standard with a projector with a projection screen or a TV screen. In addition, there is a sound system available. Do you need a microphone? It can be easily rented. Is additional technical support or specific equipment desired? Then we are happy to call upon our regular technical partner to ensure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

Two-day event
Personal and flexible
For our two-day staff event, we chose Van der Valk Hotel Nuland, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the first contact to our departure, everything was perfectly arranged. Our contact person was always accessible and responded flexibly to our wishes.
During the two days, we made use of the modern, well-equipped meeting rooms to present and discuss our plans for 2027. In addition, we were excellently catered with delicious, varied lunches, a cozy and tasteful dinner, and lively drinks that offered ample opportunity to catch up informally.
The flexibility of the hotel around the performances we had organized also made a great impression and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere during our event.
