Do you have to pay for the app?
No, the app is free to download and use. You will also be able to continue using the app for free in the future.
Will there be more cycling routes?
Yes, many more routes will be listed in the app for each hotel! The app has only just gone live, so the number will increase significantly. So keep a close eye on the app!
What data is collected from the user?
The data we have from you are the data you yourself entered when registering (email address, password, first and last name, gender, age, cycling expertise and bicycle type). In addition, we collect information about how you use our app. Such as which features you use, which routes you cycle/approach, how much and how often you cycle and have cycled and information about the device you use. We will NEVER share privacy-sensitive information with third parties.
How are these data used?
To communicate with you and to promote the safety, integrity and security of the app. But also to improve our product and to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the app.
Where can you submit your feedback/ cycling experience?
Users can leave their feedback at the reception, they will ensure that this reaches the app makers.
