Circus Gran Casino
In 2013 'Try-out' Casino Nuland opened. The small casino in the former bar of the hotel was the precursor of the Gran Casino Nuland, which opened in the spring of 2018. The establishment, designed by well-known architect Miquel Cancio, was worth the wait in our opinion and resulted in a casino of over 1,000 square metres.
The entrance of Circus Gran Casino can be found on the side of the national road under the hotel area which is currently being rebuilt.
Circus Gran Casino is cashless, that means that you play with cards, on which you put your money when you enter. There are regular promotions, including bingo and lotteries. Every Tuesday there is a bingo at 14:00.

Do you feel like relaxing in the gym after a busy day at work? Or do you want to work on your fitness? At the fitness of Van der Valk Hotel Nuland - 's-Hertogenbosch you can work on various goals using advanced fitness equipment.
The latest fitness equipment from Cybex ensures that the body can be worked on intensively and that the sports program fits in well with the physique and personal goals of the guest. As a result, excellent results can be achieved. Hotel guests can use the fitness facilities free of charge. The key can be collected at the Front Desk.
Bicycle rental
Do you really want to experience the Dutch countryside like a local? We are happy to help you select the bicycle that suits you best. Both with electric bicycles and gear bikes.
Rental rates
Bicycle with gears: 1 day - €12.50
eBike (electric bicycle): 1 day - €22.50
The rental of bicycles and e-bikes is subject to availability. We advise you to reserve your bicycle or e-bike at the reception at your earliest opportunity.
Cycle routes
From Hotel Nuland - 's-Hertogenbosch you can enjoy wonderful cycling. We have various junction routes. At the reception there is a folder available with a wide selection of cycling routes, from which you can make a nice selection to plan your adventures during your stay.
Compile your own route or get a good overview of the possible activities in the area via Buitenactiviteiten (Dutch only).
E-chopper rental
Would you rather rent an e-chopper? That is also possible at our hotel. Ask the reception about the possibilities and check this page for more information.
Bicycle storage
Have you brought your own trusted bicycle? You can park them in our locked bicycle shed around the corner from the fitness area. You can get the key at the reception.
There are also charging points for electric bicycles.
Charging stations
